Welcome Natalia Gradzka

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Natalia Gradzka as Project Manager at Windward Management.

Natalia is an experienced people manager with qualifications in PRINCE2 Project Management along with Agile and Change Management.

Her career started out in Retail Management with store management for Specsavers, Hugo Boss and then concession management with Deciem ( The Ordinary and NIOD beauty ranges). In 2021, Natalia returned to college and qualified in PRINCE2 Project Management and from 2022, gained employment experience in project management with Glenveagh Properties and Onnec Ireland, working with the project management teams on the planning and implementation of various projects. Natalia is comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and is really looking forward to working in the hospitality world.

Working alongside Una, Natalia will assist with the management of our portfolio of capex projects by coordinating project plans and relaying relevant information to hotel teams, design teams, contractors, and suppliers. Natalia will also be able to work with all hotel teams ensuring all project documentation and controls are in place during our refurbishment projects. She will also be able to manage the various project budgets and accurate financial reporting against the various projects which will assist with invoice payment and capex cash flow projections monthly.
