We carry out a full site appraisals and feasibilities and can manage the entire project from pre planning right up to post opening of a given hotel project.
This includes the following:
- Agreement of the hotel specification and layout or scope of a refurbishment plan
- Recommendations on interior and external design of the hotel and its facilities
- Manage the “site” meetings
- Compliance with all statutory requirements
- Working with all building and construction partners to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
- If brand standards are required to be met, then a fulfilment of these will be reached before opening / re opening
- Agreeing and sourcing of fixtures, fittings and equipment necessary
- Recruitment, interviewing and appointment of the management team
- Agreeing and implementing all SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
- Pre sales and marketing promotion
