In addition to managing hotels by way of a management contract on behalf of the owners we also carry out Independent Business Reviews of hotels where we independently examine the hotels performance, evaluate this information and provide an in-depth analysis for the owner or financial institution.

Within a short period of time we will present a full comprehensive SWOT analysis of the property under review. As part of this review we will make recommendations for improvement and implement same if required to do so upon further instruction. As part of the service we can continually monitor the progress of the hotel through a process of mystery guest reports and departmental audits.
