If a bank decides it necessary to exercise their rights and take control of an asset by way of appointing a Receiver, Windward Management has experience in working with the Receiver to ensure that the hotel remains trading so as not to impact on the future value of the hotel. This can often be on an initial short term basis or long term basis by taking full control of the hotel, during the receivership process.
